Alleged Corruption: Saraki’s Wife Speaks


The wife of the Senate President, Toyin Saraki has confirmed she had been summoned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, saying she is ready to assist the commission with its inquiries over corruption allegations against her, but said she is yet to know the motive of the invitation.

But according to reports in the papers, EFCC is summoning her in relation to questionable inflow of funds into companies where she has interest, when her husband was the governor of Kwara State.
