Seyi Law Exalts Ay Comedian, Says Thank You For Teaching Me Comedy

Not many people will be willing to do this, especially when people have started comparing them with their ‘boss’, but grateful Seyi Law, took to his instagram page, not caring who would read it or what people will say to thank Ayo Makun for the great impact he contributed to who he is today. Quite touching words, read it after the cut. So afterall, Ay isn’t bad like most of you usually say, especially when it comes to a post on his wife. Mabel this, Mabel that, lol, the woman go don hear am tire sef.

Show me a man's success,

And I will point out the man who showed him the way.
It is great, we talk about a successful SEYILAW FAST AND FUNNY,
But I think it will be sweeter to talk about the man who taught me.
I was young and clueless, but ambitious.
This kind hearted man, accepted me as a brother and taught me.
He taught me to grow beyond talent,
Invest in human and build a brand.
I have failed several times, but his spirit of persistence was a huge motivation for me.
He saw me grow to be a man,
And he was there not as a guest for my wedding, but my MC.
I know, don't be jealous please,
Yes, he truly was my MC.
His energy, time and lessons were evidence on Sunday 9th August, 2015
When we pulled off a great show by God's grace.
Thanks for being there always bros.
You are a mentor, a brother and above all, a real father.
I celebrate you now and always.
God's blessings on You and your Household.
SEYILAW.

2face Idibia, Olu Maintain Headline Anti Malaria Campaign

2face Idibia, Olu Maintain Headline Anti Malaria Campaign

Malaria is the leading cause of death in Nigeria, with over 300,000 lives lost per year. It kills more than 820 people every day and the Nigerian entertainment industry is lending its voice to a campaign against the disease. The campaign included the release of a national malaria anthem, Play Your Part, sung by the trio of 2Face Idibia, Sani Danja and Eve B a few weeks ago.

There is also a campaign on social media tagged #NetNation, aimed at encouraging people to sleep under mosquito nets.

The campaign is aimed at driving drive conversations that will encourage individuals and nursing mothers to protect themselves from malaria by using mosquito nets and encouraging their friends and family members to do same.

In Play Your Part, the malaria anthem that gives a nod to the National Malaria Eradication Program’s (NMEP) slogan, For a Malaria Free Nigeria: Play Your Part, 2face sings that ‘Malaria-free is a possibility but warns that it will take a lot of effort from you and me’.

2face has been a voice to reckon with in matters that affect Nigeria. Just before the general election he led a ‘Vote Not Fight’ campaign.

We Are Single And Not Searching-aneketwins

Nollywood famous twin actresses Chidinma and Chidebere Anekenhave revealed they are single and not searching .They told Saturday Beats it was against their religious belief to search for husband.Chidnma said

“There is a difference between my private life and my public life. That I am a celebrity does not mean people should know about my relationship. It is when we are getting married that we will let them know. For now, we are not in a relationship. We are not searching because the Bible says that he that finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour. We are not searching for men, instead, they should search for us. We cannot be searching; it is in the Bible, how can the woman be the one to be searching for a man?” It is against our belief,”

On Bleaching allegations, they said

“My sister and I still use the same cream, we have not changed it at all. It is just that we do not go out when the sun is scorching. We do not use any bleaching cream. Before, the cream we use was about N350 until the price increased to N550. We did not use anything on our skin to be fairer and we are not bleaching. We still use the same soap we have been using. People ask us how we make our skin glow and we recommend the same things we use to them. They come back to tell us that it didn’t work for them. Our skin care product is not expensive, it is very affordable. I don’t know what they mean by we bleach our skin,” she said.

I Don’t Have A Facebook Account, Stop Letting Them Defraud You, Mercy Aigbe Warns Fans

Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has cried out saying she does not have a Facebook account and people should stop letting her impersonators defraud them. Below is what Mercy has to say after people cried out to her that they have been duped.

In her words “I have received calls from different sections of the public that I run a film school and a modeling agency where people have to pay to be part of. Some unsuspecting members of the public have paid large amount of money to these fraudsters who are only bent of swindling them of their hard earned cash,” she said.

“A young lady recently walked into my MAG DIVAS office insisting she paid N25,000 into my account for an ushering job I posted on my Facebook page for a mega event on 16th of August. Another scenario was a call from a fan that he paid in N3000 into my account for the delivery of the prize he won after answering questions on the films I have worked on. The public should stop relating with anyone claiming to be me on Facebook because I don’t run any of the 67 accounts”, she added.
